Te Wiki o te Reo Māori (Māori Language Week) sees nationwide events celebrating te reo Māori. In recent years participation has reached record levels, with broadcasters, government agencies, schools and businesses all incorporating te reo into their daily activity. The week is coordinated by Te Taura Whiri i te Reo Māori (the Māori Language Commission).
